Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

  • Return Window: 30 days from the date of delivery

  • Return Method: By mail

  • Return Label: Download and print (provided by Vaultborn)

  • Return Label Cost: Free

  • Restocking Fee: No cost / No restocking fee

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@vaultborn.shop within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

  2. Download and print the return label provided.

  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.

  4. Affix the return label to the package.

  5. Ship the item back to us via the designated carrier.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at support@vaultborn.shop to initiate the exchange process.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Please note the following:

  • Refund Processing Time: 7 days from the receipt of the returned item

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
